Drop I 2024 will take 1-2 weeks to produce your item, as a slow fashion brand, we aim to produce limited stocks that can also be made to measure to reduce the returns wastage. 

UAE Delivery

Dubai – 15 AED 1-2 day delivery.  Free delivery for orders above 500 AED
Abu Dhabi - 17 AED 1-3 day delivery.  Free delivery for orders above 500 AED.
Sharjah - 17 AED 1-3 day delivery. Free delivery for orders above 500 AED.
Fujairah - 17 AED 1-3 day delivery. Free delivery for orders above 500 AED.
Ajman - 17 AED 1-3 day delivery. Free delivery for orders above 500 AED.
Ras Al Khaimah - 17 AED 1-3 day delivery. Free delivery for orders above 500 AED. 
Umm Al-Quwain - 17 AED 1-3 day delivery. Free delivery for orders above 500 AED. 

Please note that there will be no UAE deliveries on Sundays or UAE public holidays. If your order is placed after the 11AM cut off on Saturday, the order will be dispatched on Monday.

International Delivery

International orders are handled by various carriers to ensure fastest delivery times to different destinations. Please send an email to info@revelavenue.ae or whattsapp +971 54 347 8695 to arrange for international delivery. Orders are not fulfilled on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

Please Note: 
- Customers are solely responsible for the accurate input of all delivery details.
- Some international shipments require that tax, customs, import and/or handling fees are applied on arrival. These fees are determined by local authorities at the destination and often charged once the package is processed at the port of arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable once charged. 
- There may be delays in arrival of international deliveries beyond Revel Avenue’s control due to customs clearance delays at departure and/or destination port.
- Local customs are authorised to destroy/dispose of any shipment deemed undeliverable. These cases are not eligible for claim.
- In the event of RTO once reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer, all costs related to shipping and duties will be considered deductible from any return for store credit amount.
