Return Policy
We want to ensure that you love and enjoy your Revel Avenue pieces! In the case that the item/s you receive are not as you expected them to be, our team will happily assist you with an exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery.
Please note the conditions for all requests are as follows:
- Item/s returned within 3 days of delivery in order to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Exchange item/s will receive a store credit voucher to the same account/email the initial order was placed on.
- Item/s unworn, unwashed and in the original garment packaging with tags attached.
- Item/s not purchased on sale or discount.
- All items purchased on SALE, or from Collaborations, including I’m Just a Girl, are not eligible for return/refund/store credit.
- We can arrange one pick up per order within UAE only, the shipping costs are covered by the customer, and will be taken away from the order.
- All international return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- All costs related to shipping/duties/taxes are nonrefundable.
- All accessories including earrings, headbands and hats are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- All bespoke items, including feather tops and custom bags are non refundable once the order has been placed. Please send us an email if you wish to discuss your order info@revelavenue.ae
- Items bought using Gift Cards or Store Vouchers are eligible for exchange for store credit only.
- Items bought as sets are only eligible for return as a set.
UAE Purchase
If you purchased your items in the UAE, we are happy to offer exchange for store credit and will accept requests up to 3 days after delivery. If you would like to arrange for the return of your items:
- Contact us at info@revelavenue.ae noting your order number, details of the return item/s and your preference for refund or exchange for store credit.
- Once approved, the Revel Avenue team will arrange for the collection of the return item/s as soon as possible. Please note this may take up to 3 days.
- Processing and issuance of store credit/refund can take up to 3 business days from collection.
- *Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for a refund to reflect in your account due to individual bank processing times.
International Purchase
We gladly provide exchange for store credit on all international purchases and will accept return requests up to 3 days after delivery. You will be required to send any items back with your own courier and cover the cost of delivery and customs. If you would like to arrange a return of your items:
